There are a lot of companies that require employees or future employees to take these personality tests. Some of them are short but others can be VERY lengthy! I am a psychology major and we learn a lot about these tests and yes they are pretty accurate. there are ways of wording the questions that can even weed out any questions that could have been answered wrong, it's really neat the whole process. and using them as a hiring technique is becoming increasingly popular to get to know the future employee or current employee better and utilize their strengths.there are a lot of sites that offer testing some are even specific to the type of work that will be done, if they give you back the results, look it over, you would be surprised how accurately they discribe you. :)
