Test To Decide Career
Victoria Said:
Is there anyway to "test" a career? (I cannot decide on a major)? We Answered:
You don't really have to have a program to do those things, you can simple write to the principle of a school and inform them of your desire to shadow a teacher for a few days so that you can get an overall impression and understanding of their job. You can also do the same with a museum, just contact individuals in specific departments and ask if they would be willing to allow to you come in. You can also take that time to interview them about their jobs and possibly volunteer.Gina Said:

Test that help you decide what career you should follow? We Answered:
There are a lot of tests out there, that can help you in your decision. However, one tried and true method is to simply make a list of likes and dislikes. Once you have that completed, focus on the "likes". In there you will find your career. As an example, I did that several years ago, after being in banking for quite awhile. I discovered that I like money (DUH) and being able to set my own goals. So, I did some research and ended up becoming an Equipment Leasing Broker. Basically, I bring people together who want to lease equipment with those that have money to lend. I gotta tell you, I am the happiest I have ever been, and I am making more money than ever. But, check your list - where ever you go in life, be sure it is something that you enjoy - Good Luck !
