How can I beat the personality test on online applications? We Answered:
Put yourself into an emotional state in which you can project a persona of the one you could be in a perfect world, rather than the imperfect one which exists in your own consciousness.Answer the questions as you would perceive the perfect one would, rather than what the pragmatist in you would.

What does a personality test for jobs consist of?We Answered:
I've taken them before. They usually have them online or maybe at a computer at the place you interview. It's multiple choice. Oftentimes they'll ask true/false questions like, "I have never told a lie."Or, sometimes you have a question like, "I think customers get in the way of the job I want to do," and you would pick Completely agree completely, agree somewhat, disagree somewhat or disagree completely (or something like that).
Another thing some of them do is give you questions, and each question has two options of tasks or activities, like balancing a checkbook or practicing with a band, and the question will ask you to pick which activity you prefer.
Don't try too much to "beat the system" or make yourself sound great. The test is designed to tell when you are lying. (If you get a question like, "I have never told a lie," don't lie and say "True." We've all told lies, obviously.)
But make sure you remember that you're applying for a customer service job, so make sure your answers reflect that you like customers. Generally, those tests also ask a few questions about whether you resent being led by another person and how you feel about stealing from the company. (This is important--make sure the test knows you are very against company theft!)

Do you think personality test should be eliminate for getting a job?We Answered:
As an employer, I find these tests to be invaluable. It informs me of several points of the potential new hire. But the main one is how well will you work with others, the public, or your co-workers. It is not designed to measure potential, it is designed for your ability to be able to work with the public and co-workers. As far as potential ability I give a separate test for that, an abilities test, it only measures what you know and do not know, but is not a game over test. you pass the personality test and are so-so on the abilities test we may be able to work together. You all have to understand that with today's economy that it takes at least $10,000 to properly train an individual to do the job that they are so well "qualified". For, so as an employer, we have to make a great investment in you to help you perform your job well, and be an asset for the company. Good luck in your job search, I wish you well.
