i FOUND A JOB ON MY OWN,AND TOLD THE SCUMMIER.THEY CALLED UP MY NEW
BOSS AND TOLD THEM THEY COULDN'T
HIRE ME,AS THEY HAVE A CONTRACT.i didn't get the job.

There is no agency or bureau that compiles employment information. There are companies that can be hired to do employment verification and history checks on employees for a fee. Laborchex...

Let's look at the reason on why countries become communist;
Russians, pre Soviet Union, who had almost everything they made taken away by their Tsar. Lenin got sick of this, and spread communism through Russia
Vietnam, who were held by the scotum by France. Ho Chi Minh got sick of this and revolted against the French, throwing them out of the North.
North Korea, essentually slaves to the Japanese. Freed after WW2 ended, but was in political turmoil. Kim il Sung got sick of this poverty, thought communism would solve it.
China, civil war.
Cuba, benevolent dictator.
Qatar, dirt poor.
East Germany, lost the 2 biggest wars in history.

Somehow I don't see England in any of those situations.
