Hidden agenda!! No.They are trying to get people to leave good jobs and go to new ones so they can get people to fill those jobs then vacant. Usually staffed by pretty females to butter up male employers, free lunches etc. Office managers with influence in HR given goody bags etc. What a con!

The more potential employees they have on their books, the more appealing they will be to companies paying for their services. So they take your details to make themselves look better to the people who pay them. Business is a cynical world.
