You apply to Canada Immigration not an employment agency, there is a skills shortage list and you have to pass test, based on profession, special skills, work experience, financial situation, etc

If you have no profession or education, no professional trade, dont have a long excellent work history, and dont have enough money to prove you can support yourself for a certain length of time and a good financial history you cant come to Canada
