Try starting with a volunteer job. They're less strict about requiring experience.(I'm stuck in a similar "sit"uation... I'm in a wheelchair as a result of being born with C.P. My last paid job was 10 years ago (partially due to going to college the past 3-4 years) & I have a volunteer job now. (All of my jobs have been in an office setting, working with computers*.) Because of how long ago it was, I never know if I should put my paid employment history on my job application/résumé.)

They can not keep you from parking in the disabled space.The Americans with Disability Act spells out what can and can not be used to prevent employment.
If you can do your job without any accommodations then they can not refuse to hire you.
If reasonable accommodations can be used to allow you to function then they can not refuse to hire you.
Talk to the EEOC about this company and their policies.
They could be in big trouble and you could be in line for big money.
