Audrey Said:

Driving trucks and mining jobs?

We Answered:

Caterpillar has a "virtual trainer" designed to orient entry-level operators on basic hull truck operation from basic control familiarization to complex tasks. The software comes with a special joystick and all you need to provide is a chair for the base, computer and large TV screen. Caterpillar offers self-study or instructor-led programs. (They also offer instruction in real hull trucks.) Here is a link to a video on the technology. http://www.cat.com/cda/files/433865/7/

Is there a state issued ID alternative to a driving license?

Yes, I believe all states issue non-driver ID cards. It would be a good idea to have one if you are planning on staying here, you'll need it sooner or later.

Does Adecco (recruitment agency) help with work visa's?

We Answered:

There are no visas!

A company wouldnt sponsor a graduate. You really would need experience in a rare feild. It costs them around 10,000 dollars to apply for a H1 visa and they have to prove you have rare skills.
