One or both of your parents may have always manifested that type of behavior and that response has been ingrained into your psyche.

You can choose to break out of that behavioral mode by practicing a more normative reaction when things go wrong.

It may be initially difficult to break those old habits of suppression, but after you experience the energy and emotional release after you have vented or expressed your negative feelings, you will tend not to want to hide your emotions to that level in the future.

Agencies and individuals maybe. Some are usually forced to prostitution when no job and no money and no contact awaits them. The best way to go is make sure the agency is accredited and has a good standing with POEA, to make sure they hold a valid visa and they have a contract at hand. Next, they should have a contact number/contact person ready and more importantly the UAE Embassy / Consulate's contact details.

In this economy, it's not a waste of time to go to more than one employment agency, if he's not signing an exclusive agreement. (Probably not for a low-level job.) If he really wants a job, he needs to hustle and put in applications everywhere. There is lots of competition for jobs right now, so if he's not doing everything he can, he is wasting his time.

I have had the same issue. I would check with them once a week. Once a week is enough for them so you don't sound like a pest. But just enough to stay in touch with them.
