Susan Said:

Are you an employment service firm in the GTA?

We Answered:

sorry I'm not one..........

Melanie Said:

Procedure and guidence ,scope of moving to calgary or toronto?

We Answered:

Z sure has a negative answer for you.

Why not contact a big employment agency or immigration lawyer or service? Accurate information comes from the source, so I'll also say why not contact the Canadian government? Never mind what you heard.

As far as "where am I gonna get a good job..." who knows in this economy?

Ignore negative comments and just go for it! Sorry I cant give you a more specific answer, but I had to write something after seeing the 1st answer you got. Good luck.

Tommy Said:

Is this a scam or is it legit?

We Answered:

Why did your friend find it sketchy? The way you describe it, it seems legit. Yes, they should never ask for fees up front from you. I think they are paid through the employers/companies looking for staff.

Ernest Said:

I need to find a lawyer to sue a manager whom I worked for thru an employment agency? HELP!!!?

We Answered:

Well, I was directed here by your request. I'd be happy to help you. But I can only give my experience as someone who has worked in America. The whole thing seems very shady on the part of the new people. However, your company probably has a right (either by law or policy) to move you at will. Even if they can't prove you did anything wrong, the security company isn't going to want to leave you with clients that are unhappy with you (for whatever reason).

If you can prove that these guys intentionally set you and your friend up and you lost money because of it, than you have the makings of a lawsuit IMO and should speak with an attorney. But if you have little or no evidence, it's probably best to take your lumps and move on.

Bottom line, a lawyer can give you the best legal advise on the matter. Speak to one in the area, some will even offer free consultations
