Well, let me say straight-off that I have never been to NZ. This info is all from web research.

It seems to me that it would be less expensive to live in NZ than in major Brazilian cities. The unemployment rate in NZ is around 6 or 7%, which is a good factor (except for those who are unemployed, of course). (The current USA unemployment rate is like 10%). Those are the facts I saw.

Now it's opinion time. I really doubt that you will get hired at an advertising agency straight-off. Reasons? 1) Your English needs work as you admit, and 2) You don't have any experience or certification in that field yet. You will most likely have to take another sort of job while you are attending college like most students do - part-time restaurant or retail store stuff.

Recruitment agencies often have the reputation of fobbing you off if they can't find you a job or don't think they can find anything for you.
The best thing is to do things yourself. Look on the major dubai job sites and upload your resume on as many as possible.
