the only thing you have to do before starting a new job in UK. Resign, do not breach any labour law (not fulfilling your contract etc) and have you present residence visa cancelled. Also get an NOC from your sponsor in the UAE in case you want to come back.

Your present residence visa will not cause you any problems taking a job in the UK and the company in UK also will not get in touch with your company in the UAE.

If you have all your papers in order you do not have to face any problems.

Just do the right thing:
resign after one year on an unlimited contract or fullfil your contract.
resign by given a 4 weeks notice
have your UAE visa cancelled
get a NOC letter
do not leave any unpaid bills or loans with any bank

1. A ban only gets affected once you have entered with a labor contract with an employer. In your case there isn't one.

2. My guess is your visa is not been processed. By no way, a visa application will take 5 months for process.

3. Your new employer can apply for your new visa. Forget the old one, an offer letter is not an employment contract.

4. No chances. Forget the first one and work as a new guy with the new one.

Don't trust agencies! Look for a company you will start a job. They do it in a short time (less than two weeks) if they need your service. I (I'm German) was there on a visit. I can stay 30 days without a visa (similar to tourist visa). I found the company I like to work. The process took not more than 10 days!
