Thank you letters aren't necessary to the agency , but I would send one after the initial testing and interview. Not necessary, but an "attaboy" never hurts.

Now, if they send you outon an actual interview,
what you shoul do is call,tell them you just got back from the interview, who you talked to , what your impression was, and whether or not you' like the job and where they left it.(They' ll call you, the agency, they'll be in touch etc.")

No matter what happens, you should contact the agency weekly to keep in touch.
