Executive Employment Agency

Jason Said:

Please elaborate on Canadian culture for a working executive and the places where french is compulsory.?

We Answered:

The best place to work in Canada with great weather and good working conditions is Vancouver B.C. I have lived in Montreal all my life and if you want to put a sign in English for your buisness the government will sue you and fine you $100,000, 00 Canadian dollars. The smog in Toronto is a big problem but the buisness climate is great.Nova Scotia and New Brunswick are great provinces to work in but the best paying jobs in Canada are in B.C WHERE YOU CAN STILL RENT AN APARTMENT Calgary-very expensive but many jobs,Edmonton many jobs available.B.C AND ALBERTA english is the only language you need-good luck.

Help with GCSE Business studies - exam tomorrow!?

We Answered:

1. John is the Non-Executive Chair, and he is the Chairman of WDP and he will run the monthly board meetings where Tom and Dee will report to him about how the business is doing and any ideas that he can input, Non Executive means that he is not involved in the day to day running of WDP that is Tom and Dees job.

2. A disadvantage of using an employment agency could be that they may not be able to find the kind of employee that WDP or any business want, the employee may not be up to the standard of WDP.

3. A business can have Growth as an objective because WDP want to work in a competitive industry and want to constantly improve and become bigger and better.

4. Expenses are what the business spends their money on eg. WDP spend money on paying their employees and rent and electricity bills etc.

5. Overheads are just another word for Expenses

Dolores Said:

What questions should I ask?

We Answered:

The Executive Director will be a very busy person, and you should refrain from asking him or her for a great amount of his or her time. Instead, ask for information and contact people.

Ask questions like, "Can you give me information about...?" and "Who can I ask about..."

...And your topic areas should include:

Staff members and the programs they work in

Program offerings

Details of eligibility

Guidelines for client outcomes

Geographic limits and physical facilities

Have fun--Good luck!

Walter Said:

Would these things finally FIX the problems we're having with this invasion?

We Answered:

We have good immigration laws on the books, our system is not broken. The problem is our laws are NOT enforced. Mexico wants us to do as they say not as they do.

They enforce their immigration laws but forbid us to. Everytime we try they accuse us of violating their civil rights. In Mexico illegals have no civil rights, they get put in jail or deported. As long as we cater to Mexico's wishes the only laws they will allow us to enforce is ones giving them what they want, namely, open borders, full citizen rights for their illegals, entitlements and amnesty.

We can only succeed if we enforce our laws and tell Mexico to BUTT OUT of our business and respect our sovereignty.

It makes my head spin everytime I hear someone defend illegals by saying the poor poor innocent people, they came here just to feed their starving families. You ever seen the video clips of illegals crossing our border? Did you see any boney malnourished bodies? Look around you at the new arrivals, do you see a bunch of boney malnourished bodies? They got that dang rumor started to get at your heart strings and it's worked with some, but thankfully it hasn't worked on everyone.

Gerald Said:

Would you hire and unemployed executive in a menial job?

We Answered:

Well, the only thing he can do, is start over. Go to some local car dealerships, become a porter or parts driver. That will get you in the door. Just tell him to be prepared to answer why he didn't work for 8 years & why he was let go from that job.

Discuss It!
