Here, health law (namely HIPAA) explicitly forbids anyone from prying into you medical history, including issues of mental health. Employers cannot, immigration cannot. And your treating doctor cannot tell anyone anything. The only exception is if you are going to be a threat to other people, but that's not you.

Why give them notice? Remember, most companies don't give you a 2 week notice when they teriminate you. It might be best to start your job search before you do though.

Create a unique statement of what you do, who do you do it for and what's the benefit they receive that someone can get in 2 seconds is a good start.

The marketing channels you've list are effective so before writing them off consider how you're using them.
