Try Adecco, Manpower, General Industrielle or try to put your cv online , try monster or infojobs , sometimes you can also fid some jobs on kijiji.it but i dont know one specialised in healthcare as in italy you need to have a qualification to work in that enviroment you can have the job doing a public contest unless the industry is private.
