There are a ton of options for working abroad. Some places have certain education/experience requirements but there are usually ways around that.

I personally taught English in Japan for a year and it was the best year of my life.

One of the best opportunities to work abroad (and it's related to your field of hospitality) is Club Med. They hire people for their resorts in some of the most exotic places on the planet. They hire a wide-range of people for all types of different jobs.

You can tell its spam because of the informal language and bad grammar used. The whole e-mail has quite a poor structure and this is just not the way companies go about recruiting people.

Also, the domain of the contact email would be "genesco.com" or similar and not "mail2recruiter.com" - which is a free e-mail service often used by scammers.

Its best to forward the e-mail to the company.
