A temp agencies main job is to keep you temping and keep the money flowing into their company. They do not care about you, ok, most of them do not care.Take the assignment, but when you leave to take another job give 2 weeks notice so that they can replace you. Tell the new job you have to give 2 weeks but your assignment may end sooner than that.
Lots of times they will replace you right away and end your assignment (it's all about the bucks babe), but sometimes not. And if you give 2 weeks notice they will hire you back if you ever need them. No sense in burning any bridges!
