there are lots of English run bars and cafes in Turkey, especially around the tourist places. If you were seriously thinking about going there to start a business then my advice would be to fly out and do some research. Talk to business owners and get a feel of how they work. Turkish law is different than here so you would need to find an English speaking solicitor to help you. There are definitely some in London. You should be able to find out on the Law Society web site.
