It is a place where you fill out one application, and the temp agency will locate a job for you that fits your skills. Thing is the jobs are not always permanent, which is why it's called a temp agency. Sometimes, you'll be able to do what's called "temp to hire" which is like a trial run of the job to see if the company likes you and you like the company...basically to see if you make a nice fit. Some jobs at a temp agency can last as short as a few weeks and up to a few months. It depends on how long they want to have you.

Here in Canada, we are having elections for party leadership soon. Two guys are having problems, and both happen to have Italian surnames. They are BOTH blaming their shortcomings on the Italian connection. Perhaps they are not as qualified as they think.
