Try Craigslist. I found my dream job on this site and was just hired. I had little success with HotJobs, Aol or careerbuilder. Also try sending resumes out to companies that may not be hiring. I guess that's just a part of life, however, when I used a couple companies they matched me with moore jobs and got me more interviews than what I could do on my own. If you don't like the "for a fee" companies, try your state's employment/unemployment services... they're free.
