The second person has tried to confuse you by coming up with her own definitions of "discrimination", at times mixing it with poverty of another country (rather than talk about the exploitation of that poverty), bringing up "religion" and how the humanist secular media of the world are always bashing up "Islam", but has unequivocally admitted that it exists and is also "Fair". So, she does "condone" it.
