Nurse Employment Agency

Michael Said:

RN looking for new Employment?

We Answered:

I would pick the specific offices and doctors you would like to work for. Than I would make a cover letter and resume and send it certified mail to the offices. That will show your interest in working there. I wish I had gotten my RN, I have my bachelor's but I would much rather be an RN. You have great job security. Good Luck!

Eva Said:

Is AUPAIR a legitimate US government sanctioned employment program for non-Americans?

We Answered:

Yes, the agency as input is essential as they have the contacts, you can do it yourself, but it will cost you much more than that to do what they can do simply....use them, pay the money - it is the way business is done over here!!

Joyce Said:

I am struggling to see myself as a success when I have tried so hard?

We Answered:

I have some understanding of what you have gone through. I was treated with anti depressants ++, for years and only in the past 1 1/2 yrs, have been treated for ADD, which has made all the difference. I also still live with your current symptoms. I have found help through "meetup.com", joining a support group in my area. You might look it up and see if there is a fit for you. They seem to have meetups all over and for almost every concern or interest.

I am sorry that after all your hard work, you got in a stupid class with a stupid teacher. How could she think that schizophrenia was a choice? Who'd choose that? Life surely is hard enough without mental illness, let alone the stigma attached to it, and also all the people who can't relate to it and so choose to judge you, as inferior or lazy. Mental illness is a true handicap. Lots of people just end up living on the streets.

Here is a quote that I read in (Feb., 2010) Guideposts, sent in by a reader, that I found to be helpful:
" Every time you practice or attempt something, you are succeeding at getting better - not failing at being perfect ".
I lean on, knowing that I can only do the best that I can.
Also, that we haven't failed, until we have given up trying.
So as you are still in there, fighting the good fight, you are a success.

Try to breathe deeply and relax, while thinking about those bad memories. Practice picturing them further and further away, smaller and smaller, with you as just an observer. Keep breathing and relaxing, when ever you think of them. Eventually, you may be able to just remember it as a still picture, and put a frame around it and hang it mentally, on a distant wall, in a distant room.

I wanted to email you (though your address is not available) because I have a dear friend who is schizophrenic and I didn't know that there was a way to combat the condition. So I would love to know how you have come so far. Do you take meds to control it? My friend is in his late 50s and may have had it too long and he went through tons of shock treatments, etc. But share with me, if you will, how you control it so well. I can be emailed.

I understand that it feels like you are behind others your age. But many of the people who have to fight serious emotional &/or mental difficulties are behind closed doors. They are not able to be out in the open, at the stores and laughing and pushing buggies and chatting with friends. Those are the people we see. There are so many of us, who aren't out there looking "normal". And yet we get mates and live on, at our own pace. Maybe not so much out in the open, but we can find a life that suits us. Meetup.com has helped me find people who understand.

I wish you the best of luck and continued success.

Wilma Said:

My employee never respected me in the first place. Where did I go wrong?

We Answered:

Doesn't matter where you went wrong,
you finally made the right choice.
