You admit you yell down the phone at people so it is no surprise that they hang up on you or told you to "shut up and listen".
Imagine it is you on the end of that phone, just doing your job for little pay, working with the information that is in front of you and some stranger screaming down the phone at you.
Maybe you have suffered injustice but you honestly seem like a very unpleasant person to deal with

If you are filing for uic, simply state that you were treated in a highly umprofessional manner, unprovoked, and your manager decided to fire you. UIC guys are always on the side of the employee in this case.

As for severance, how long have you worked....If less than three months then you arnen't entitled to ANY severance....if longer than 3 months-2years...i believe ontario is two weeks...
