Can anyone recommend a good temporary staffing agency in San Diego?

We Answered:

I don't live in CA, but you can do a google search on temp agencies. I think places like Kelly Temps are world wide.

Rick Said:

Is it better to work for a Temporary Staffing Agency or a permanent customer service job?

We Answered:

I would choose the temp, if you know they will be steady, because it gives you an opportunity to check out other types of jobs, and then you can get somewhere you will love!

Kimberly Said:

How do you start a temporary staffing agency?

We Answered:

Only you can decide what business is right for you, and the requirements needed to set it up in your particular location. If you simply rely on input from others, and have no practical knowledge in that business, including how to start it and any regulations which may apply, you are virtually guaranteed to fail at it.

You will need to create a business plan, in order to determine if it can indeed be a viable venture for you (not for someone else...for you).

Unfortunately, there are no short-cuts or easy way through this process, as so many have found out the hard way, with roughly 90% of start-up businesses failing within the first 3 years or less.

Kyle Said:

Hi my name is Nicole and I need information step by step on how to start my own temporary staffing agency.?

We Answered:

It depends upon what State (if you are in the US) that you live in. You need to check your local labor laws . . . you also need to check with a CPA (which your "boss" should already have) to check into the tax consequences.
