When you are filling out your application don't write down each job you had. When you are working thru a temp agency you are working for them. So instead of listing every little job for 3 years. Write that you worked for a temp service for the last 3 years. Example

Dates of Employment: 2005-2008
Supervisor: (put the name of the person you have been working with)

I think that will show dedication and flexibility.
