Keep encouraging him the way that you have been. Help him fill out applications. Look if he just gets a job at Burger King for sixteen hours a week, that should work. Remember to help him stay motivated. Try walmart. Fill out the applications with him.

Listen, Bi polar is considered a disability. If he cannot work because of it, and if you can prove that this is WHY. Go get a good lawyer, the consulatation is FREE. If he is incapable of getting a job and his po is trying to make him, and he is inable to. THAT is DISCRIMINATION considering he has a "mental illness" are you following me? Get a lawyer, it is free to talk to one.


Hey, listen my guy has the same problem that yours does, and has been on probation for two years, and cannot hold a job to save his life. I sure with that he could. Maybe you could give me some advice. Feel free to send me an email. My guy thinks he is border line bi polar, I don't get it. He has anxiety problems, and wants to hold a job very badly, but cannot. He still does not have all of his fines paid off, and that is the only way he can get off probation.

If you really love your guy, just be patient, that is what I try to do. Just keep loving him, and exceopt this quirk, and show him that he still is worth a million bucks to you.

I think it is because for some reason, deep down inside they have very low self esteem. Try going to church together (one that is KJV), I think it would really help him to feel better, and help with being around people, take care, and hang in there. You sound like a great wife. It is good to know I am not the only one with a guy like this.
