I think I already answered a similar question of yours, but I just wanted to let you know that you don't HAVE to do another degree before you do Sonography. There are tons of programs out there that only require you to take certain courses (pre-reqs) first. If you don't plan on ever using an RT or RN degree, why waste your time/money/effort getting it?

If you are equally interested in PTA & DMS, I can't really help you because that comes down to personal interests, personality, etc.
