While I currently work in health care and for a lot of the jobs u just need a high school diploma. Look for jobs that deal with assistanting individuals with developmental disabilities either total care were u do everything from changes diapers, cleaning trachs, baths its very similar to CNA/LPN work but without the $ of being one. Or theres agency's that deal with populations that dont need as much assistant and that's considered assistant living situations where u just help them with everyday living, basically helping them become more independent, making sure they brush there teeth, take there medications, bathe things like that.
