There are no needles (but you might have to look down a patients mouth, but thats dependant on the setting.)
There is no massaging (well, u might perform some type of throat massaging, or something, but the patients ARE fully clothed. lol)

I am sorry, but you need a masters degree. The good news is that you can work as a speech pathology assistant with a bachelors degree in that field. You really need a bachelors degree for all of the careers you mentioned.

If you want to be a doctor, go to a college where they offer a DO instead of an MD. The DO schools offer more holistic health program. I have heard of a med school called Des Moines University that offer DO and I think they are a top med school. Atleast check into DO vs MD if you are wanting to be a doc.

I cant help with your locality, but i am a Reiki practitioner, and holistic massage therapist, although the slump in business in this area of late means none of us who work from home are practicing at all, i am working in another area at the moment. but i can tell you for Reiki, you don't need to use a college as such, you really need to find a reputable Reiki Master, and often this can be done via search pages such as 'Healthy Pages' or that type of thing, i found my Master via the noticeboard in a local health shop. It can be cheaper, and much more Personal this way. I don't recommend online/distance attunements, but this is only my opinion.

I'm not a practitioner, but I only see Naturopathic Doctors. Most of my doctors have gone to Bastyr which seems to be an amazing school. Lucky for me, this state liscenses ND's and requires health insurance to cover them.
