im a advanced health care assistant at a hospital on a surgical ward.the positive things are to see a person from being really ill and then we make them better that's good bad point are when we loose patient spec this year we have had a few younger people with cancer not been nice,other bad points are there are never enougth staff the other day i came on shift to me and 2 trained to look after 34 patient who have mostly all had sugary the need our time and care and you cant give it we spend most of the the day saying in a minute
