there are some gyms that will discount a training program if you work for them, so do some research on that.
probably your best one is the ISSA which will be around 600, i think?
APEX is a decent one
and the ACE is the cheapest one, and some gyms will accept it.

Other than the French culinary art school in NYC, I am not aware of any school that offers just classes on making chocolates and/or chocolates desserts; however many school offer culinary art and in particular a Baking and Pastry Arts Program where you learn to create "... elaborate showpieces that incorporate chocolate molding and sculpturing... You can try to get any security officer, security guard, asset protection agent, loss prevention officer, or store detective job. You can try to get a law enforcement job. If possible, get a college degree. If you want to become a humane law enforcement officer or "animal cop" or any other law enforcement officer, make sure that you don't do anything illegal. Maintain a good reputation. Keep a good driving record. Don't get bad credit. Become the best writer that you can. Law enforcement officers write a lot of reports. The better writer you are, the easier your life as a police officer will be. Practice to improve your observation and memory skills. Become as physically fit as you can. Animal control officers, dog wardens, and humane society investigators are some other positions that might interest you.
