College To Career
Sarah Said:
What college career should I chose I want this following stuffs in one?We Answered:
You would want to look at a major in film/video production and possibly a minor in something related to photography, although simply supplementing your production courses with a couple of photography classes would suffice since the skills used for each are similar enough in nature that they can cross over fairly well.Leroy Said:
Is it possible to start your college career over?We Answered:
It's absolutely possible. If you want to go back to your previous school, talk to your advisor to see what you'd need to do. You don't specify whether you dropped out of college, or if you have a transcript full of F's. If you dropped out, and don't have any recorded grades anywhere, you can apply anywhere as a new freshman. If you do have that transcript full of F's, you will need to apply as a transfer student. Most state schools & community colleges will allow you to enter on probation, and as long as you get above a 2.0 that semester, you'll become fully admitted. The bonus in your case is that most schools don't transfer in GPA's from previous schools (you may want to double check this with whatever school you'd like to attend) - so you'd get a fresh start. Good luck!Kay Said:
Is their any way I can start my college career all over again? We Answered:
Well, you can. It may be a little "dishonest", but when you fill out enrollment forms for new college, check "None" for past college work.Do not send for transcripts, do not ask for any credit in already completed classes. Just start all over, the college won't care, as long as you have a high school diploma, and are willing to pay their fees.
It won't make your past disappear, but it will allow the new college to judge you entirely based on work you do for them, not in a "past life", somewhere else.
