Ask the housing department of the borough you are thinking of moving to for a list of accredited landlords.
These are more likely to accept housing benefit and their properties will be to a good standard with safety tests etc.
You may also need to prove an association with your chosen borough,IE, family/ friends to offer support because of your illness.
Some councils will help you with a deposit for private landlords. Ask the housing department.
If you have a home now, stay put. A landlord is unlikely to get a possession order because you are ill and HB is paying the rent instead of you.

most states now require you to have a bachelors and receive a masters within a certain time span. Have to be flexible, be able to adapt, Creative, know the content well that you are teaching well enough beyond what you are actually doing. Be able to teach material so that it can be applied to students lives, Be able control the classroom in a non-autoritarian manner, Benifits are good. But, your health can suffer kids all day can be a drain and you work long hours. you never become a teacher for the pay.Employment depends on the state you live in.
