health administration is the business side of hospitals, doctor offices, nursing homes, etc Business administration is general, I would suggest specializing in one area of business that interests you the most, like marketing, finance, accounting etc. That shows employers that you are focused and know what you want, and you'll also like your career more. You will also have more opportunities because every organization needs people with business degrees. Health administration limits yourself to health environments. Meet with your guidance counselor, they have assessments you can take where you find out what fields are most suited to what you're looking for, and she can answer any questions you have.

There may or not be expectations, but not always from scratch. It all depends on the job responsibilities. If you apply for a fiscal related job such as payroll, accounts receivable, etc.then the expectations will increase. Most employers don't expect you to be a spreadsheet genius from the start. The job you describe is likely to require that you enter data/delete data, etc. Once you start using excel with real time data it's amazing how quickly you will pick it up. In addition, there will almost always be somebody around to ask for help if you get stuck. Good luck!

just gonna have to see what is available when you get there. I do know there is no hospital there, only clinics., I failed my overseas screening for there because they could not meet my needs( major medical center .. EFMP Cat4).
