Regardless of what sign is on the cusp, this house is dominated by Capricorn, and even has the ruler of Capricorn (Saturn) too... so there will be a practical use applied to all those planets... even for Uranus and Neptune, too...

One thing is certain. Once all these planets find a way to work together, I would suspect this person could be an unusual healer and worker. The health, work and service will be non-traditional and probably misunderstood by most outsiders. They may find themselves upsetting & confusing others, yet the end results will have a practical application.

In general, when you are faced with that many planets working together, you need to interpret it by finding a way to blend all the influences... not to look at it as a series of disconnected traits. Yes, it can manifest that way, but the goal is to get them all to work together...

I wish you would reconsider your decision about being an elementary teacher. Based on all I have read, you sound like the kind of person I would want teaching my child! You obviously care about others. Teaching can be a very family-friendly job, too. You're off when your children are off. Perhaps I'm a bit biased toward teaching... I've taught for 25 years myself and have truly enjoyed it. I get to go to all my children's school events... unlike some friends I have who must work instead.
I wouldn't worry about the public speaking... your program will train you. Public speaking involves skills that can easily be learned.
I'd avoid the nurse idea... you're looking at working holidays, evenings, and probably missing out on plenty of family time. Your idea to be a school counselor is good if you'd rather not teach. You generally will work the same days and hours as a teacher.

Salaries with an MSW are not so low start 30-60 depending on where you are located and what area of social work you go into. It is a much more flexible degree than speech pathology. With Social Work you can do work in many different fields and with many different system levels. You might want to talk with social workers in your area and get a more full picture of the profession.
