Claudia Said:

What career involves both health and criminal justice?

We Answered:

their may be a position in the corrections area, you could check the Bureau of Prisons website under the Dept of Justice (firstgov.gov); and each state would have a similar agency; in TX, I believe it would be the Dept of Criminal Justice

Jeanne Said:

Is health management a good career to strive for? What colleges in Florida offer this program?

We Answered:

Information is below.

Mary Said:

How to decide what career path to take? Education or Heath care?

We Answered:

I can only guide you, but the rest is up to you.
I am a Registered Nurse with a bachelors degree.

Do not go for CNA. Many people say that by doing CNA, you learn about Nursing, and the truth is you don't.
If you do an early childhood education, it will lead you to a low paying job in a day care. It's a minimum paying job and even if you spend 15 years in it, your pay check will hardly increase.

If you are interested in a health profession.... you do have options
1 Pharmacy
2 Physician assistant
3 Registered nurse

Education is a great profession, but at this time due to budget cut and recession, many teachers are loosing their job. Recession might last for few years to a decade. Education won't be your safe bet.

Now nursing, you will have more option. Same with Physician assistant.

We Answered:

Now all health care programs are" hot" and not that easy to get in.

Many community colleges offer 1 to 2 years program such as Nurse, Pharmacy Tech, and Psychiatry tech, Medical Assistant, and the tuition is much lower than private schools.
