Career advice...HR - Web Design - Massage Therapy?We Answered:
Depends on where you live or want to live. If your passion is horses and there is a great need in your area for that type of care, pursue that. The trick will be to not declare whatever path you choose to your employer - keep taking all the business/work related courses and figure your path as the time goes on.

Are you glad you chose to be a graphic designer (and/or web designer)? We Answered:
I actually became both. I'm primarily a graphic designer and digital illustrator, but I also do web design. I'm very happy with my choice. I love my job and the work I do. It never gets boring or stale and every month I get to work on something completely different. There are things I don't like about it some days but every career has those. No career is perfect, but the saying "do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life" is spot on. I couldn't imagine being happy doing anything else.
And you can definitely have a good stable job as either. I have a good salary and the company I work for has above average health benefits. I'll warn you that there are a lot of disgruntled designers who will say they can't find a job or it's a dead end or they wished they had gone to school for something else. You have to take what they say with a grain of salt. Some people aren't very good at marketing themselves to employers, some are just unlucky, and unfortunately some are just bad designers and don't know it.
The only thing I would say from personal experience is that the design jobs are shifting. There are a lot more web design jobs out there than graphic design jobs. The web is getting more sophisticated and more companies are needing web design services, not just for websites, but for web applications and web based mobile applications. Print is slowly dying and designers who position themselves for web based design are going to be in the most demand in the coming years.
Hope that helps :)

I'm currently stuck in my career and learning path, and I'm stressed.?We Answered:
It sounds as though you have a number of interests in life and that you are keen to start a career.A real favourite expression of mine comes from the film Patch Adams apparently quoted from Mendelssohn that you should focus on the solution not the problem. I always think about when I am trying to make decisions about my life. If you put too much energy into worrying about the problems and the minor details you will struggle to see clearly enough to focus on the solutions.
It's a real shame that you have given up the passions in life and I would say you really ought to go and spend 30 mins playing guitar or piano. Music for me was a huge release when I was struggling with personal problems growing up. As I got older and had more responsibility I stopped playing as much and didn't realise that I needed it to help release stress. Playing music is also a great way to make friends and is a good way to socialise.
Career wise you have a great variety and choice as you are clearly very articulate and sound able to apply yourself to a number of fields. It is really hard to find the so called "ideal job" it means different things for different people. Just keep persevering and you will find something that you can excel and succeed at. If you start to feel down about yourself you will find it hard to do well in interviews, as people often look at whether they can get on with the applicant over whether they tick all the boxes.
I'm sure if you stay positive it will all come together.
Good luck

Should I get a degree in Health care administation? We Answered:
There are a lot of great career opportunities out there in healthcare, so getting your degree in healthcare administration is a great move. Plus, with your web design experience, you will stand out above other candidates for the same job once you graduate. I say go for it.
