The biggest problems for health in the world are to be found in America today. It is far more a problem here at home than abroad. The health care system in America is far more broken and it should be called HEALTH ABUSE, not health care. To join that system will only bring great frustration and in many cases, harm people far more than help them.

If you really are truly seeking to help people, you should look at alternative medicine that is growing at a rapid rate because people are actually getting well. Teaching people about nutrition and how to become healthy is far more rewarding than what the health abuse system is promoting with drugs.

Approximately 783,000 people died of iatrogenic (doctor induced illnesses) in one year. That is more people dying of any single major disease in America (including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, stroke, etc.). Many BAD science's are being promoted in the health abuse system in America today, including vaccines, antacids, chemotherapy, very bad pharmaceutical drugs, etc. that are damaging people everywhere.

EDIT: The truth about our medical system is being exposed more and more everyday. In fact, intelligent people are now looking at the facts and making intelligent decisions on things like vaccinations. They are opting out of that indoctrination that is using fear and bad statistics and bad information to promote it. It has become obvious to anyone doing a little research that our medical system is failing us on many levels. PROFIT has become the driving force, not real health. Drug companies are being caught defrauding the public, blatantly defending bad science, using big money to buy off politicians to promote their agendas and our government agencies are involved in a revolving door with BIG pharma. To be part of that system, you have to compromise yourself and ultimately your beliefs in helping humanity. That is NOT something anyone with good intentions and morals should do. The good people that are interested in real health and the truth end up fighting that system and becoming ridiculed for their educated stance and beliefs. Anyone that tells you vaccines are safe, just ask them why did Congress pass a law in 1986 protecting drug companies and doctors from prosecution for vaccine damaging people and then pay out $2 billion dollars to vaccine victims from tax dollars? Then ask them why vaccine manufacturers state clearly that no safety tests have been done on young children, pregnant women, and elderly while telling these people they are in the "At risk group" for getting vaccines?

The way pharma and bio tech companies are growing in India you have great prospects in clinical research. If you are hard working and knowledgeable sky is the limit. But I dont want to speculate on a package. Good luck and God Bless You.
