Generally you will have to study at college for the first year to become a vet. Somewhere like Morton Morrell in Warwickshire.
You must have a placement to do a veterinary course at a nearby practice, This is the practical side of the training where you will learn along side a qualified veterinary nurse and surgeon.

In the second year you can opt to do the second part of the course away from the college.

To be able to be a veterinary nurse you must be fully dedicated as you will sometimes be asked to go in without notice to observe animals overnight in some practices. it is not a 9 til 5 job. Therefore if you don't have the dedicated time to go to college i would think about another animal career.

It is a good degree, but i do not know about online. Most people in the field of education do not respect degrees from on-line. This particular degree, will have ties to Hospitals that are deeply vested by medical schools. The people that would be hirong for the job to work in the hospiatl might not respect that your online Masters degree is worth the paper it is printed on.
