Martha Said:
What careers are good for a health nut/nature freak? We Answered:
There could be a lot of options depending on where your focus really lies.Do you lean more towards healthy living? Try looking at opportunities in Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, and Exercise Science / Kinesthesiology. Government, especially the military, can be a good source of income in this case.
Maybe you're more of the environmental nut, than the health nut. Consider careers like conservation scientist. park ranger, and wildlife biologists. Again, the federal government is a good place to cut your teeth in the field before moving into the private sector.
If you're not into the government idea, try looking at private companies that offer internships during college in the program you like most. A lot of them can turn into permanent careers. You'll have to work up to the high pay scale no matter what; very, very few people get a 100K offer out of college. Heck, some Doctors don't even make that much with experience!
