The moon maha dasa began Dec 18 2002 and will run until Dec 18 2012. After this you will enter a Mars maha dasa. I think that period should be pretty well for you because Mars is exalted in the 3rd and is conjunct benefic Mercury. However Saturn, the ruler of the third occupies the 8th and Mercury rules the 8th, so it looks like the Mars maha dasa will bring both good and undesirable results.
