Yes, MPH schools will not require that you have PH major as undergrad. So, B.Sc. is fine. But, you might get preference if you show that you wanted to be in PH since the beginning. Also, why not double major: Biology & PH. You will have more options if you want to go into medicine later.

I'm currently studying under Clayton College of Natural Health (birmingham, Ala). I wish I would have done my research but they were always advertising so I just went with them. My motivation has dwindled and the staff has not done much to increase it. No phone calls just my letters to pay up the rest of the tutution. So do your homework. Not only in this forum but other stuff on line. Check out some of the doctors in your city or surroundings.

I don't think very much will be required. I've been interviewed at an Allied Health School for a Nursing Program. All they really want to know is that you are sincere enough to comlete the program and that you will have the money to pay for it.
