Most Life and/or Health positions are commission only. Most of them are not in an office - but out in the field.If you also have Property & Casualty (autos & houses) then an office position at an agency is possible - and they often pay a salary - and sometimes salary and commission.

They give you leads (people to sell to) and training if you need it & LOTS of support. It's where I started. I worked up a customer base & went out on my own - so I'm no longer with them, but it was a great place to start. I made approx $900/day with the Davies method.
