You can get a job as a carer in a nursing home - I am unsure what a Btec is but my daughter done NVQ Health & Social Care levels 1, 2 and 3 and was a Senior Carer. I don't think you would get into uni with that qualification as my daughter has (Scotland) 5 Standard Grades, Highers and advanced Highers and 10 years Health Care experience a full time access to nursing college certificate with 12 intermediates in biology chemistry, english maths etc and didn't get into university.

They did it to themselves. It really irritates me because I like my english cousin. However they are in for a mess of a ride becasue of all the radical muslums they allow to spew hate everyday........there in deep and so are we because of all the radical muslums in our country fourtunitly we all have guns...

One of the most difficult elements of studying and traveling abroad is simply being able to afford it - much of the time, visa and work regulations in the host country simply do not allow for students to work legally.
I am afraid no Universities will provide job placements in UK after completion of your course. You may be allowed to work in order to gain some hands on experiences in your field in UK.
Alternatively you have to find a job in your field after successful completion of your course through your contacts/friends/agencies. It is possible because of your field.

why do you want to move to the UK? I live in Ireland, am from South America, and by no means would live in the UK. Expensive country where everything is a rip-off, life is so difficult, highly intrusive government where every step you take is followed by CCTV cameras, speed cameras, etc. You have to bed to open a bank account. Horrible place to grow children, horrible TV, cigarette-alcohol-greasy food culture. 35 years paying for a mortgage. VIOLENCE. Is that what you want for your life and your family's? I think Ireland is bad enough and dying to leave to go to some country in Europe. The only good thing about UK and Ireland is jobs and money, but the standard of living decreases year after year. There are better places: Switzerland, Luxembourg, Austria, etc.
