Jobs In Hospitals
Katrina Said:
Where are the must lucrative medical assistant jobs? Hospitals? Doctor's offices? Thanks!?We Answered:
The most lucrative areas for a medical assistant to get into usually involve specialty offices, as the other poster mentioned. I am not in Michigan, but in Ohio MA's typically start in a doctor's office for about $10-$14 an hour (depending on experience and the doctor in charge). Not many hospitals will hire MA's for insurance reasons, but there are occasionally positions available for Administrative MA's. These positions are usually tough to get into for an MA, but the benefits at a hospital are much better than at a doctor's office.Micheal Said:
what are some high paying, no degree or certificate hospital jobs?We Answered:
Might be difficult IMO. What would you like to do there? For this kind of jobs you always need a "paper".

Jobs in animal hospitals with no experience? We Answered:
Step 1) Start off by volunteering for a year so that you get experience.Step 2) Put down any experience you have caring for animals, even if it's your own pet. Describe how you have handled emergencies. List any jobs you've had at pet stores or animal clinics.
Step 3) List your job history. Even if your past positions are in a different field, you may list the customer service experience, data entry, billing or any other clerical experience.
Step 4) Talk about your love for animals when asked to describe yourself during the interview. This quality should help you get a job at an animal hospital.
Step 5) Show up on time to the interview. Get to the hospital early so you have time to relax, at least five minutes before the appointment. Have two clean copies of your resume with you--one for yourself and the other for the interviewer in case he needs it.
Step 6) Consider working at an animal clinic first if you're not accepted. After about 6 weeks, attempt to get a job at an animal hospital by applying at all the facilities in your area.
