Research analyst, laboratory technician, food safety inspector, dietitian, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, Lamaze instructor, First Aid and CPR instructor, PSW (Patient Support Worker--they may have different titles in different states and provinces), optometry assistant, dental assistant, Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, health insurance claims administrator, workers' compensation claims adjudicator, disability management/return to work coordinator...Talk to a counsellor at your local college to see what it available, or contact a career counsellor at your employment centre.

High paying health careers?We Answered:
Some great careers that do not require much training is CRNAs and PAs. Both a Certified Nurse Anesthetists and Physicians Assistants get paid more then some MDs. Hard to believe however it is true. I am not sure about CRNAs, but the average training for a PA is 28 months, about two years. For a physician it is 7+ years. Those careers are absolutely something you should look at. Hope I helped.
