I am in the medical field and love it! Great money and benefits, and I know I have a secure job. Almost every day since I past my board exams (4 years ago) I receive job offers! Besides the money, benefits, and job security, I love how rewarding my job is, and how good I feel about myself after helping people.
Although I love my job others may not like a job in the medical field I would do some researching on what your options are (like someone else had suggested) and go from there. No one else can tell you what you would like to do with the rest of your life, but whatever it is make sure you love it otherwise going to work is a drag and not worth it! Respiratory Therapist
Medical Office Assistant
Dental Assistant
Dental Hygienist
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Registered Nurse(depends on the setting)
Occupational Therapist(depends on setting)

Those are the ones I can think of at this present moment. All of these occupations can be really clean and really dirty it just depends on what setting you work in. I hope this list helps! :)
