What to do with an english degree? We Answered:
If you want to work in a field where you can help others, you need a degree in Sociology. Besides working as a teacher, a degree in English will not help you branch out in majority of the fields.Rachel Said:
Job opportunities for those with a "School Counseling" degree? We Answered:
I currently work at a university and I'm interested in getting my School Counseling License. However, I'm very concerned with the paperwork side of counseling. Did you do your internship in a high school or middle school? I've heard there is more paperwork involved at the high school level. I live in a pretty big city and I've heard that some schools have counselors that deal more with the college part and other counselors at the high school level that deal with mental health issues. Maybe you could find a job like that.I was wondering if you knew much about guidance at the high school level and could share that. thanks!

I want to work for a charity or health organisation that offer scope for development. Does anyone know of any?We Answered:
Most do, you just have to find them. thank goodness for the internet - it will be easy for you to search for local mental health or healthcare organizations, and apply directly, or use the major career search sites, like hotjobs.com or monster.com and search for jobs with that specification.
