Mental Health Nursing Careers
Frederick Said:
Do you think a career as a mental health nurse or a qualified Religious Education teacher has more stability? We Answered:
I think a nursing career offers more stability. Despite the NHS going down the toilet, there are many avenues open to nurses than there are for R.E. teachers. At my daughter's school they no longer have R.E. teachers. R.E. has been amalgamated into Citizenship lessons & is barely touched upon so I think the days of R.E. teachers are numbered. With nursing, you have the whole world open to you for jobs, there will always be call for nurses. I'm a student nurse myself & have plans to travel with my qualification, I wouldn't have that luxury if I were an R.E. teacher.Thomas Said:
Do you think a career as a mental health nurse or a Religious Education teacher has more career prospects? We Answered:
First of all, you can't use "religion" and "education" like that in a sentence. Religion does nothing to educate anyone. You're better off as a nurse for crazy people. Chances are you'll meet a lot of religious people in the asylums, where they belong.
